As welcoming ambassadors, our mission is to provide every guest with a fun local experience in Beverly’s vibrant downtown.

Annie B. Coe, Head of House

Fulfilling a life-long dream, Annie opened The Cabot Lodge in 2019. She aims to create a perfect stay for every guest by making them feel like a North Shore local. After managing The Verb Hotel in Boston for four years, Annie shifted focus to the opportunity in Beverly, noticing changes in dining, the arts, and construction. Annie graduated from The College of the Holy Cross and she and her husband Nick welcomed their first child Peggy at the height of the pandemic this April! Annie partnered with property owner, Ben Carlson, and architect, Seimasko & Verbridge, to rebuild in a way that fits seamlessly into the landscape of a classic New England main street.

Mae Yenter, Operations and Business Development Manager

Mae Yenter, The Cabot Lodge’s first employee, graduated from Endicott College in May of 2020. Starting in September, Mae worked very closely with Annie to help start Beverly’s newest boutique hotel. At Endicott, Mae studied Applied Mathematics with a minor in Economics. When she’s not working, you can find her traveling (she spent five months in New Zealand), skiing, or enjoying the beach. Having lived in Beverly for the past four years, Mae has plenty of recommendations on what to eat, drink, or do for fun in the area and is always happy to suggest ideas to her guests!

Rachael Black, Marketing Manager

Rachael Black is The Cabot Lodge’s newest crew member. She graduated from Emmanuel College in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, but has recently found a new passion for the travel and hospitality industry. Rachael can be found hiking, camping, and baking during her free time. She and her boyfriend would love to travel to all of the 62 U.S. National Parks in the coming years. They are halfway there, visiting 31 to date! Born and raised in Beverly, Rachael is excited to share her knowledge of this vibrant city and the surrounding area with our guests!
