As welcoming ambassadors, our mission is to provide every guest with a fun local experience in Beverly’s vibrant downtown.

Heads of House

Having stayed in a wide variety of accommodations throughout the years, we have always felt that the most important quality lodging can provide is being greeted by a warm, friendly face and offer a clean, inviting room.   

We found this in The Cabot Lodge the very first moment we walked into its lobby. The lodge’s founder managed to capture this feeling, a Carribean inspired experience with boutique qualities and more. As the new Heads of House in 2023, we look forward to sharing this special place with you. 

Fun Fact: The Cabot Lodge used to be Brown’s Bike Shop where Melanie, a Beverly native bought her first bike from!

Niamh Lynch

Guest Experience Manager

Niamh Lynch joined The Cabot Lodge crew in November 2022. She has been working in the service industry for years and has brought her customer service skills to the hotel. She graduated from Merrimack College in 2022 with a double major in Women’s and Gender Studies and Social Justice. Niamh is passionate about human rights and when she isn’t working, Niamh loves to read, explore in nature, and spend time with friends.

Sandra Grobberio Stefanon

Housekeeping Supervisor

Born in Brazil, Sandra majored in Geography at the Faculty of Colatina and continued postgraduate at the University of Grande Rio in Brazil.
In the United States she underwent professional training for house cleaning with her two sisters and now lives in Beverly, MA where she enjoys walking around the farm to observe the beautiful landscapes.

“I’m here to offer quality cleaning to guests at The Cabot Lodge Hotel. I have great appreciation for a clean and organized environment. It’s a happy day for me to know that guests felt good in this clean, organized and welcoming environment!”
