As welcoming ambassadors, our mission is to provide every guest with a fun local experience in Beverly’s vibrant downtown.

Annie B. Coe, Head of House

Fulfilling a life-long dream, Annie B. Coe opened The Cabot Lodge in 2019. Annie is your local guide to the North Shore, aiming to create a perfect stay for every guest. Prior to operating this new hotel, Annie managed The Verb Hotel in Boston and is excited to be part of the renaissance of Beverly.  A Manchester native, Annie moved to Beverly in 2017 and immediately tuned in to the many changes happening in the city, be they dining, the arts, or construction. She’s pursuing her four-thousand footer badge for hiking the AMC’s 48 mountains in New Hampshire, only 18 more to go! Annie graduated from The College of the Holy Cross and is recently married to her husband Nick, who works in the Cummings Center.

Annie partnered with the property owner, Ben Carlson, and architect, Seimasko & Verbridge, to design the property’s rebuild that fits seamlessly into the landscape of a classic New England main street.

Mae Yenter, Front Desk Supervisor

Mae Yenter, The Cabot Lodge’s first employee, will be graduating from Endicott College in the Spring. Starting in September, Mae worked very closely with Annie to help start Beverly’s newest boutique hotel. At Endicott, Mae studies Applied Mathematics with a minor in Economics. When she’s not working or studying, you can find her traveling (she spent 5 months in New Zealand), skiing, or enjoying the beach. Having lived in Beverly for the past four years, Mae has plenty of recommendations on what to eat, drink, or do for fun in the area and is always happy to suggest ideas to her guests!

Rachael Black, Front Desk Supervisor

Rachael Black is The Cabot Lodge’s newest crew member. She graduated from Emmanuel College in 2015 with a degree in Elementary Education, but has found a new passion for travel and hospitality. Rachael enjoys hiking and camping whenever she has free time. Her and her boyfriend would love to travel to all of the 62 U.S. National Parks in the coming years. They are halfway there, visiting 31 to date! Born and raised in Beverly, Rachael is excited to share her knowledge of the city and surrounding area with our guests!

Monica Rosales, Lead Housekeeper

Monica Rosales is our lead housekeeper, with 4 year’s experience in hotels. As our plant specialist, she cares for our greens to make sure they’re loved.  Originally from Honduras, she and her husband live with their three perfect angels in East Boston.
